• You want to change your Administrator password
  
• Your password has been compromised
  
• You forgot your password

SOLUTION

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a method for the Administrator to change the password without calling or emailing technical support. The Administrator may contact technical support in the following two ways.

• Phone: (918) 524-1010 between 8 AM and 5 PM CST

Note Please have the following information ready when contacting technical support.

• The current Adminstrator password or the last four digits of the credit card used to maintain the account.
  
• The new password
