PROBLEM

• Web site that should be blocked is not
  
• Web site is blocked that shouldn't be.

SOLUTION
Submit the site for review.

PROCEDURE

1. Open the Filtering Preferences window by clicking on the FilterPak icon by the clock on the Taskbar.
   
2. Click on Site Review in the left panel.
   
3. Enter the site's address into the first textbox in the Request a site review panel.
   
4. Select the appropriate radio button to either Block or Unblock.
   
5. End the confirmation code as provided on the screen.
   
6. Click Submit this Site
   
7. Close the Filtering Preferences window by clicking on the "X" in the top right corner.
