Sometimes a user needs to update the credit card information for an account. Some reasons why a user may want to update credit card information could be:

• Switching Credit Cards
  
• Entered wrong number during registration
  
• Received a call from S4F or Advanced Internet Management
  

PROCEDURES
Credit card information may be updated in three ways

• Call the Billing office (918) 524-1010.
  
• Edit the information on our secure web site.
  
• Edit the information in the FilterPak itself
  

By Website

1. Direct your web browser to https://secure.s4f.com/v7/master/fc/my_account/default.asp.
   
2. Enter Administrator/Master username and password and click the Login button.
   
3. Click on Online Payments
   
4. Click on Edit Credit Card
   
5. Click on Click here to update your credit card information.
   
6. Make appropriate changes.
   
7. Click Submit Changes
   
8. Log out.
   

Through FilterPak

1. Click on FilterPak icon that is by the clock in the Taskbar.
   
2. Click Preferences.
   
3. Click on Administrator and enter username and password.
   
4. Click on My Account.
   
5. Click on the Online Payments hyperlink.
   
6. Click on the Edit Credit Card hyperlink.
   
7. The screen will display current credit card information. Click on Click here to update your credit card information.
   
8. Make appropriate changes, and then click Submit Changes.
