Solution
Recommended Steps To Do Before Installation of Filterpak
Close any open programs and save documents.
If possible, install FilterPak after installing any anti-virus program, VPN client, ISP software, or firewall. Alternatively, the FilterPak may be reinstalled to correct any conflicts that may arise from installing the FilterPak after any of the above listed programs.
Windows 2000 users should upgrade to at least Service Pack 3 or later.
