My Account screen is accessible in the Administration section of Filtering Preferences. From this screen, the Administrator can:
- update account information
- update billing information
- change reporting preference
Account Information
The administrator can view all the current contact information. To change any information presented on that page click the link labeled
Click here to update your account information.
Online Payments
The administrator can edit credit card number or choose the billing cycle.
Edit Credit Card will display the current credit card information.
- To edit the information, click Click here to update your credit card information.
- Once the administrator is done click the button labeled 'Submit Changes'.
Click
Billing Cycle is to change the billing frequency. Once the administrator is done click the button labeled
Update.
Reports Feature
This section allows the administrator to start reports for their FilterPak. This section also allows you to see more information about the reports.
