Access support resources for the Centipede Firewall below. Except for basic installation instructions and the knowledge base, all resources are for customers with valid support contracts only. If you do not have a valid support contract with us, you may purchase one.

- Wiki — Detailed information which includes walk-through guides, illustrations and interface samples with descriptions. Requires authentication.
- E-mail support — Emails are routed to support personnel and are responded in the order they are received with a priority response to Premium Support account holders. Emails are responded to within two business days.
- Support Center — Submit tickets via the web and chat live with support personnel (live support may also be accessed using the live support icon at the top right of every page on our website).
- Phone support — We may be reached at 918.524.1010 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm US Central Time (CST/CDT) Monday through Friday (Premium Support contract holders only).
